But the fiscal wealth we accumulatedyears ago is NOW being drained by our physical healthcare costs.Eventually| our bad health will consume all the extra dollars weworked so hard to earn. Some of the responsibility falls withthe big corporations| insurance companies and hospital groups.But at the end of the day| the buck stops with YOU.

The reality of this situation bites; however| the solution isnot to ignore it| but to encourage people to embrace it.

Many of you have either given up on yourself or just flat outare living in denial. Either way the choice is still yours. Thefact of the matter is there is still hope for America and thereis still hope for you| too.

Dont let the buck stop with you. Take care of your own lifebefore it takes charge of you.

Why start now? Pay me now or pay me later. I can just hear thedoctors say. With life comes responsibility and with decisionscomes consequences. Its your choice today to do somethingpositive. Tomorrow it may be out of your hands. Remember thethree underlying emotions that keep us from taking better careof ourselves: denial| pride| and laziness. Consciously orsubconsciously| this threesome is the root of why most Americanshave allowed themselves to get in the shape they are in.

Denials brother| Pride| may not be the sneakiest| but he is thestrongest personality of the boys. Having too much pride costsmillions of lives every year in any arena you can imagine|especially in health and the aging process.

Why do you think New Years resolutions dont stick? Anydecision postponed is one that has not been taken seriouslyenough. If you have to wait to start on a program or quit a badbehavior| it is most likely wishful thinking.

Yes| the goals along the way should be flexible; but once theheartfelt decision is made| there is no looking back.
